Salon Policy
Based within Epsilon House, All About You offers all your beauty needs, from lashes to massage, nails to spray tans, in an exclusive one-to-one, female-only environment where your treatments truly are All About You.
Everything here is designed to give you time to switch off, feel comfortable and enjoy a personalised experience in a calm, private setting.
To help me maintain this atmosphere for every client, please take a moment to read the policy below.
Yes. The best place to park is in the car park behind the barrier to the left of the building.
When you arrive:
- At the barrier, press the buzzer to speak to reception and they will let you in.
- Please make your way to the reception area.
- I will meet you there and personally take you up to the salon.
As this is a private one-to-one space with no general waiting area inside the salon itself, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
All About You is a female-only salon, created to provide a safe, relaxed and comfortable environment where women can truly unwind.
Appointments are available to clients aged 18 and over.
To keep the space peaceful and fully focused on you:
- The salon is strictly no children permitted
- This includes babies and toddlers
I completely understand that childcare isn’t always easy, but to protect the relaxing experience for all clients, appointments will need to be rescheduled if a child attends.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As I work on a private, one-to-one basis, you’ll always have my full attention.
Please arrive alone and on time so we can make the most of your treatment time together.
I know life happens and sometimes plans need to change.
If you need to adjust your booking, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment.
- Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
As a small business, late cancellations can be difficult to fill at short notice. These policies simply help protect the time set aside especially for you.
