1. How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked quickly and easily via the online booking system – this is the best way to secure your preferred time.

2. How quickly will I receive a reply?

As I’m often in treatments during the day, replies may not be immediate. Messages are usually responded to within 24–48 hours.

3. Where are you located?

All About You Beauty is based in Ipswich, and the full address is:

Based within “Epsilon House”, West Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 1FZ

4. Is parking available?

Yes – convenient parking is available nearby to make your visit as smooth as possible.

5. When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at your scheduled time, as appointments are carefully timed throughout the day.

6. What if I’m running late?

If you’re running late, please get in touch as soon as possible. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment. Please call: 07843665960

7. Can I bring someone with me?

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, appointments are for clients only unless agreed in advance.

8. What if I’m not sure which treatment to book?

Feel free to get in touch – I’m always happy to help you choose the most suitable treatment.

9. How do I cancel or reschedule?

Appointments can be managed via the booking system. Please provide as much notice as possible – your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

10. Do you accept walk-ins?

No – all treatments are by appointment only to ensure every client receives dedicated time and attention.

I had a spray tan with Samantha and I cannot recommend enough, I get one every time before I go on holiday and can honestly say this is the best I’ve had!
